How to Talk Corporate is a free, zero-login web application and browser extension that rewrites workplace messages with the appropriate tone. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

3. Rate limits and fair use

The Service is offered at no cost with a rate limit of 10 rewrites per 24-hour rolling window per device. This limit is enforced by a hashed fingerprint; circumvention (e.g. by rotating identifiers to bypass the limit) is prohibited and may result in a permanent IP ban. How to Talk Corporate reserves the right to adjust rate limits at any time without notice.

REWRITTEN MESSAGES ARE GENERATED BY AN AI MODEL AND SHOULD BE REVIEWED BEFORE SENDING. HOW TO TALK CORPORATE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISCOMMUNICATION, OFFENCE, OR OTHER HARM ARISING FROM THE USE OF REWRITTEN CONTENT.

6. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOW TO TALK CORPORATE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, India.
